***Due to the uncertainty of the Covid 19 pandemic, we are postponing all missions trips for 2021. We pray that we are able to return to "normal" operations for the 2022 year. Due to the high interest in our missions trips, we ask that you book early in order to secure the week you desire.***
2022 LODGING: Our teams will be staying in Bennettsville, South Carolina. At this facility teams will need to bring TWIN SIZE sheets, blankets, and pillows as well as towels and bathing supplies. Extra long twin sheets are ideal. We have single beds and new hospital style mattresses. We also have separate and fully equipped bathrooms/showers sections.
TEAM SIZE: A minimum of 10 participants is needed per trip. If your group is small and has less than 10 people, we may be able to put you with another small group in order to meet the minimum number required for a trip to make. We are able to accommodate groups up to 45 people. Trip duration is for 5 nights (Sunday afternoon to Friday morning).
If you desire different days of arrival/departure, please let us know. We will work with you to make the best possible arrangement for you!
COSTS PER PERSON: 5 night trips are $250.00 per participant, regardless of team size. This covers lodging, meals, and most outreach materials. Families with children under the age of 12 years old and/or families with 4 or more family members are available for a discounted rate. Custom trips for groups desiring shorter or longer stays are also available. Please email or call us for more info.
RESERVATIONS: Teams are STRONGLY ADVISED to contact us and REGISTER EARLY in order to lock in the week you desire. Verbal commitments for reserving specific dates are only accepted for returning teams. Deposits of at least HALF (50%) of the total costs and Registration Forms ARE DUE in the MHM office at least 6 WEEKS (or 45 DAYS) PRIOR to trip start. Final payments ARE DUE in the MHM office no later than THREE WEEKS
(or 21 DAYS) PRIOR to trip start. This is needed in order to have everything set up, all logistical details completed, and the mission week ready to begin upon your arrival. You may ADD participants up until the day you depart for your trip. Just keep us updated! We don’t want anyone to be left out.
